With a passion for both the culinary arts and a deep-rooted interest in health, exercise, and overall wellness, my journey has been an incredible fusion of these passions. Having spent a number of years in the food industry, I was driven to expand my practical experience by delving into the academic realm of nutrition.

My commitment to advancing my knowledge led me to complete a Level 3 Nutrition and Weight Management course, followed by the prestigious Level 4 RSPH Nutrition course. These educational pursuits have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of nutrition's intricacies, enabling me to merge practical experience with evidence-based knowledge seamlessly.

I am proud to hold certifications from the Association for Nutrition (AFN) and accreditation from the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH), validating my dedication to maintaining the highest standards in the field. These credentials are a testament to my commitment to excellence and continuous learning in the realm of nutrition and wellness.
