Optimum
£475 

  • We'll kick start with an initial consultation exploring your relationship with food, eating goals and what you are hoping to achieve.
  • Next I'll undertake a thorough analysis of your food diary, focusing on where we can make changes to help you look and feel your best including macro nutrient composition as well as reviewing vitamin and mineral intake.  
  • Once I have a thorough understanding of your current average food intake I'll get to work preparing a thorough weekly meal plan, considering the dynamics of your everyday life, eating preferences and longer-term goals.
  • When the meal plan is ready to go we will have a further consultation to go through how to make changes as easily and successfully as possibly and how to start implementing this balanced and positive approach to food. 
  • Making changes can be tricky and its normal for us to feel a bit wobbly about this at times, that's why I will be available for weekly 20-minute check-ins for 8 weeks - helping you with accountability and keeping you on course to achieve your goals.
  • Just in case you want a refresh to help keep yourself motivated and on track I'll provide a complete meal plan refresh at week 4 if required.

Thrive
£295 

  • We'll kick start with an initial consultation exploring your relationship with food, eating goals and what you are hoping to achieve.
  • Next I'll undertake a thorough analysis of your food diary, focusing on where we can make changes to help you look and feel your best including macro nutrient composition as well as reviewing vitamin and mineral intake.  
  • Once I have a thorough understanding of your current average food intake I'll get to work preparing a thorough weekly meal plan ( for 3 weeks ), considering the dynamics of your everyday life, eating preferences and longer-term goals. 
  • Making changes can be tricky and its normal for us to feel a bit wobbly about this at times, that's why I will be available for fortnightly 20-minute check-ins for 8 weeks - helping you with accountability and keeping you on course to achieve your goals.

Essential
£180 

  • If you have a specific event or goal for weight loss and you simply want someone to tell you exactly what to eat to assist in achieving this goal then this option could be for you.
  • We will have a brief chat to understand what you have found challenging in achieving your goals thus far, what types of food you do and don't like and what the flow and constraints of your days and weeks are - nights when its tricky to cook, days when  its just you or you have extra mouths to feed.
  • When I have a solid idea of what is and isn't going to work for you I will put together a thorough meal plan based on the science to ensure the correct macro nutrient balance intake specific to you.
